The situation: I am viewing an apartment (Wohnungsbesichtigung) with the landlord. I want to ask about the rent, extra costs (Nebenkosten), the deposit and when I could move in.

Einzugstermin

The deposit is three months' cold rent, so [Amount] Euro.

Bewerbungsunterlagen
Ein Einzug wäre ab dem ersten [Monat] möglich.
A move-in would be possible from the first of [Month].
