The situation: I am at the hairdresser and I want a trim, not a big change: shorter at the sides, the length on top. Last time I said yes to everything and left unhappy.

The steps follow the usual order. The indented blocks show what to say if the conversation goes another way.

Card A: Friseurin

You are the Friseurin. At each step, say your line or one of the other wordings under it. The indented blocks are for when the conversation goes another way. Their headings are written for your partner, so "you" there means your partner.

    Verstehe. Also an den Seiten kürzer und oben nur Spitzen schneiden.

    I understand. So shorter at the sides and just trim the ends on top.

  5. Preis genannt
